Registration Instructions

  • Please enter your verification data (Lab ID & Email Address) found on either your list of contents or dispatch email in the fields located in the register box.
  • Select your own first name, last name, initials, user name and password.
  • Click the "Create Account" button.

If you have not received your list of contents or dispatch email please contact ptcustomerservices@lgcgroup.com to request your verification data.

Once your account is successfully created you become the administrator for that scheme. As an administrator you have the ability to grant other people within your organisation access to the scheme. Access can be granted either by creating new user accounts or applying permissions to existing user accounts.
